I think most people want JTAG/RGH's for hosting lobbies and things along those lines and to have one just to run Fallout PC based mods on is a waste of effort,but like you I get a big buzz when after creating the DLC and installing it on your console it works,and there are no big red exclamation marks,where did you get your xmaencode from,for Fallout New Vegas I read a post that said you need to use xma2encode to convert the files,xmaencode is only suitable for Fallout 3.
